Weave Print

Project 22 started with an experiment to see how much of the canvas could be covered without using a paintbrush, and tilting the canvas in different ways. My challenge was in stretching the colours while avoiding getting the colours mixed together. 

The colours are woven under and over the black and grey and white. I call this painting after they way it's made, where you weave the colours through the black and grey and white even though it really was made by the canvas standing up waiting for 3 colours to dry at a time.
